Second single from Seattle-based solo act Profit Prison upcoming debut album Gilt.
A Matter Of Tact displays pop escapism over some throbbing minimal synth tension, stepping towards the dark corners of hi-nrg body music with Profit Prison’s typical vocals and melodies, equally reminiscent of Kraftwerk, Moroder, Bronski Beat, and sounding like a throwback to 70's italo filtered through the eyes of a 21st century punk rocker.
Artwork by French artist Robin Roche delivers the perfect graphic offset to these vibes.
